对结肠镜下肠息肉切除术后患者实施延伸护理的效果及对定期复诊的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对结肠镜下肠息肉切除术后患者实施延伸护理的效果及对定期复诊的影响。方法随机选取2020年11月—2022年11月于福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院行结肠镜下肠息肉切除术的110例患者为研究对象,使用随机数表法将其分为常规组与延伸组,各55例。常规组术后采用常规护理,延伸组术后则在常规护理的基础上实施延伸护理。比较两组术后遵医服药、饮食、定期复诊依从性,以及并发症发生率、结肠息肉复发率、就医满意度评分及生活质量改善情况。结果延伸组的服药依从性评分(9.54±0.36)分、饮食依从性评分(9.18±0.54)分、定期复诊依从性评分(9.29±0.46)分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.582、18.796、11.537,P<0.05);延伸组的并发症发生率(3.64%)与结肠息肉复发率(1.82%)均低于常规组(18.18%、14.55%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.986、4.356,P<0.05);延伸组的就医满意度(96.36%),高于常规组(85.45%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.690,P<0.05);延伸组生活质量评价量表中的心理功能、躯体功能、社会关系、一般健康状况维度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以结肠镜下肠息肉切除术患者延伸护理,能够加强其依从性,降低术后风险及复发率,提高患者对就医的满意度及术后的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing care for patients after colonoscopic intestinal polypectomy and its impact on regular follow-up visits.Methods 110 patients who underwent colonoscopic intestinal polypectomy at the Longyan First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from November 2020 to November 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into conventional group and extended group using random number table method,55 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine nursing care after surgery,while the extended group received extended nursing care after surgery on the basis of routine care.The two groups were compared in terms of their compliance with medication,diet,and regular follow-up visits after surgery,as well as the incidence of complications,recurrence rate of colon polyps,medical satisfaction scores,and improvement in quality of life.Results The medication compliance score(9.54±0.36)points,diet compliance score(9.18±0.54)points,and regular follow-up compliance score(9.29±0.46)points of the extension group were all higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.582,18.796,11.537,P<0.05).The complication rate of 3.64%and colon polyp recurrence rate of 1.82%in the extension group were both lower than those of the conventional group(18.18%and 14.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.986,4.356,P<0.05).The medical satisfaction of the extended group was 96.36%,which was higher than 85.45%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.690,P<0.05).The scores of psychological functions,physical functions,social relationships,and general health status dimensions in the quality of life evaluation scale in the extended group were all higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended care for patients undergoing colonoscopic intestinal polypectomy can strengthen their comp
