自拟消疣方湿敷联合微波祛除疣体与光动力治疗对尖锐湿疣患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟消疣方湿敷联合微波祛除疣体与光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)在尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年10月期间湘南学院附属医院64例CA患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法将其分为两组,各32例。给予PDT与微波治疗者为对照组,增用自拟消疣方湿敷者为研究组,比较两组疗效、炎症因子水平及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.598,P<0.05)。观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在微波与PDT治疗的基础上应用消疣方湿敷疗法,可提升整体治疗效果,促进患者炎症因子水平的改善,且湿敷过程的安全性良好。Objective To explore the application value of self-made Xiaoyou Recipe wet compress combined with microwave wart removal and photodynamic therapy(PDT)in patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods Retrospectively analysed of the clinical data of 64 CA patients at Xiangnan University Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to October 2022.They were divided into two groups based on treatment methods,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with PDT and microwave therapy,while the study group was treated with the addition of self-designed Xiaoyou Formula wet compress.The efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100.00%,higher than 81.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.598,P<0.05).The study group TNF-α,hs-CRP were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Xiaoyu Recipe wet compress therapy on the basis of microwave and PDT treatment can improve the overall therapeutic effect and promote the improvement of inflammatory factor levels in patients,and the wet compress process is safe.
