针刺穴位配合中药理疗及小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效评估分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺穴位配合中药理疗及小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法方便选取2021年3月—2023年3月民乐县中医医院收治的106例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为两组,各53例。对照组应用颈痛颗粒治疗,研究组以针刺穴位配合中药理疗及小针刀治疗。对比两组颈椎活动度、疼痛因子、血液流变学指标等情况。结果研究组前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋、右旋等颈椎活动度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血清前列腺素E2(221.87±10.28)ng/L、P物质(5.94±1.15)μg/L、基质金属蛋白酶-3(12.73±2.05)μg/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=32.892、3.285、7.800,P<0.05)。研究组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺穴位配合中药理疗及小针刀疗法的应用,对提高神经根型颈椎病患者的整体疗效具有显著价值。Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture points combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy and small needle-knife in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy.Methods 106 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Minle County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cervical pain granules,while the study group was treated with acupuncture points combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy and small needle knife therapy.Compared the cervical mobility,pain factors,and hemorheological indicators between the two groups.Results The mobility of the cervical vertebrae,including anterior flexion,posterior flexion,left flexion,right flexion,left and right rotation of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum prostaglandin(221.87±10.28)ng/L,substance P(5.94±1.15)μg/L,matrix metalloproteinase-3(12.73±2.05)μg/L of the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=32.892,3.285,7.800,P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,hypoviscosity and hyperviscosity of whole blood in the study group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture points combined with Chinese medicine and small needle-knife therapy has significant value in improving the overall curative effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients.
