摘　　要：文章旨在探讨辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)各环节中身份识别存在的风险及采取的相应防范措施。对患者实施有效准确的身份识别,可避免因配子、胚胎匹配错误可能导致的医患纠纷及血缘与情感伦理问题,同时杜绝代孕、非法供卵、供精等不良事件的发生,最大程度保障实施辅助生殖技术患者的身份安全,促进医患和谐,维护社会稳定。The aim of this paper is to explore the risk of identity recognition in all stages of assisted reproductive technology(ART)and the corresponding safety management measures.The effective and accurate identity recognition can avoid doctor-patient disputes and ethical problems that may be caused by mismatching of gamete or embryo,prevent the occurrence of adverse events such as surrogacy,illegal egg donation and sperm donation,ensure the identity safety of patients to the greatest extent,promote doctor-patient harmony,and maintain social stability.
