摘 要:针对低温涡轮泵球轴承的固体润滑特性,基于440C基体沟道上涂覆的Ag,MoS_(2)镀层与钢球间的摩擦因数试验建立了装有PTFE保持架的球轴承动力学模型和功耗计算模型,研究Ag,MoS_(2)镀层作用阶段涡轮泵球轴承的动态行为和功耗。以某型低温涡轮泵球轴承为研究对象,分析Ag和MoS_(2)镀层轴承的动态行为和功耗特性,结果表明:2种镀层轴承的保持架最大打滑率均小于6%;MoS_(2)镀层轴承的接触区功耗约为Ag镀层轴承的1/3,而流体阻力产生的轴承功耗相差不大;MoS_(2)镀层可应用于低温涡轮泵球轴承。Aimed at solid lubrication characteristics of ball bearings for cryogenic turbopumps,the dynamic model and power loss calculation model of the bearings are established based on experimental study of friction coefficient between Ag,MoS 2 coating coated on 440C steel substrate groove and steel balls,and the dynamic behavior and power loss of the bearings with PTFE cages during action stage of Ag and MoS_(2) coatings are studied.The dynamic behavior and power loss of Ag and MoS_(2) coatings bearings were analyzed by taking the bearings for cryogenic turbopumps as research objects,the results show that the maximum slip rates of cages for the bearings with two kinds of coatings are both less than 6%;the power loss of contact area for the bearings with MoS_(2) coating is about 1/3 of that for the bearings with Ag coating,and the power loss caused by fluid resistance are of little difference;MoS_(2) coating can be applied to ball bearings for cryogenic turbopumps.
