摘  要:针对精密惯性导航测试试验转台用双排异径球转盘轴承,建立了轴向载荷和倾覆力矩共同作用下基于载荷分布因子的力学模型。首先,利用转盘轴承的变形协调条件,分别定义了上排沟道和下排沟道的球载荷分布因子,推导出2个载荷分布因子之间的关系;然后,运用转盘轴承的受力平衡条件,建立了利用载荷分布因子表示的平衡方程组;最后,通过遍历搜索,得到给定载荷作用下满足平衡方程组的载荷分布因子,在此基础上,进一步计算得到球载荷分布,利用得到的球载荷计算了多工况作用下的转盘轴承寿命,实现了转盘轴承的选型校核。A mechanical model based on load distribution factors is established for double-row different-diameter ball slewing bearings used in precision inertial navigation test turntable under combined action of axial load and overturning torque.Firstly,the ball load distribution factors of upper raceway and lower raceway are defined respectively by using deformation compatibility conditions of the bearings,and the relationship is deduced between two load distribution factors.Then,the equilibrium equations expressed by load distribution factors are established based on force equilibrium conditions of the bearings.Finally,the load distribution factors satisfying the equilibrium equations under given loads are obtained through traversal search.On this basis,the ball load distribution is obtained by further calculation,and the life of the bearings under multiple working conditions is calculated by using obtained ball loads,so the selection and verification of the bearings are realized.
