摘  要:针对铁路货车圆锥滚子轴承原加工工艺存在内圈单一平面内径变动量、内圈平均内径变动量、滚道单一平面直径变动量超差以及油沟形状不合格的问题,分析其主要原因为套圈材料易变形,刀具及其安装不合格。通过选用数控设备,优化内圈油沟加工工艺,使用非标及标准刀具加工等措施进行改进:内圈单一平面内径变动量由0.11 mm降低至0.07 mm,内圈平均内径变动量由0.09 mm降低至0.05 mm,滚道单一平面直径变动量由0.11 mm降低至0.06 mm,内圈加工精度满足要求,油沟合格率明显提升,且工艺流程缩短。In response to the problems existing in original processing technology for tapered roller bearings used in railway freight cars,such as variation of inner diameter of inner ring in a single plane,variation of mean inner diameter of inner ring,variation of raceway diameter in a single plane being out of tolerance and unqualified shape of oil groove,the main reasons are analyzed as the deformation of ring materials,and the unqualified cutting tools and their installation.By adopting measures such as selecting CNC equipment,optimizing processing technology for inner ring oil groove,and using non-standard and standard cutting tools for processing.After improvement,the variation of inner diameter of inner ring in a single plane is decreased from 0.11 mm to 0.07 mm,the variation of mean inner diameter of inner ring is decreased from 0.09 mm to 0.05 mm,and the variation of raceway diameter in a single plane is decreased from 0.11 mm to 0.06 mm.The processing accuracy of inner ring meets the requirements,the qualification rate of oil groove is improved significantly,and the process flow is shortened.
