摘 要:利用立式感应淬火机在特定频率和功率下对40Cr15Mo2VN钢进行感应淬火,研究加热时间对40Cr15Mo2VN钢的表面硬度、淬硬层深度和组织特征的影响,结果表明:40Cr15Mo2VN钢在频率12.3 kHz,功率57 kW,水剂冷却条件下进行感应淬火是可行的;加热7,8 s时试样表面硬度不小于58 HRC,淬硬层深度分别为4.2,4.7 mm,表面组织为回火马氏体,心部组织为回火索氏体;加热9~11 s时试样表面硬度均不大于58 HRC,加热9,10 s时表面出现过热组织,加热11 s时表面出现过烧组织。The induction hardening is carried out for 40Cr15Mo2VN steel by using a vertical induction hardening machine under specific frequency and power,and the effect of heating time on surface hardness,depth of hardened layer and microstructure characteristics of the steel is studied.The results show that:the induction hardening of the steel under frequency of 12.3 kHz,power of 57 kW and water cooling conditions is feasible;when heated for 7 s and 8 s,the surface hardness of sample is not less than 58 HRC,the depth of hardened layer is 4.2 mm and 4.7 mm respectively,with the surface structure of tempered martensite,and the core microstructureof tempered sorbite;when heated for 9~11 s,the surface hardness of sample is not greater than 58 HRC,the overheated microstructure appears on surface when heated for 9 s and 10 s,and overburned microstructure appears on surface when heated for 11 s.
