摘 要:为考察烧结法微晶玻璃形核机制,试验以铜尾矿为基,设计了R_(2)O-CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaF_(2)体系微晶玻璃,通过分步取样、XRD、IR、SEM等手段分析并论证了基础玻璃形核机制,明确了基础玻璃晶核形成过程及机理,初步确定了C曲线。结果表明,本试验同时存在两种形核机制:异相诱导形核和分相诱导形核。形核阶段发生在550~650℃,基础玻璃在晶核形成初期会处于一种介于基础玻璃与晶核析出时的特殊状态,即在纳米和微米尺度范围内,基础玻璃内部粒子逐渐发生有序化行为。明晰形核机制对微晶玻璃的受控析晶过程具有重要的指导意义,可为消除烧结法微晶玻璃表面龟裂玻璃相提供依据。In order to investigate the nucleation mechanism of glass-ceramics by sintering method,the experiment was designed with the R_(2)O-CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaF_(2) system glass-ceramics based on copper tailings,and the nucleation mechanism of the base glass was analyzed and demonstrated by step-by-step sampling,XRD,IR,SEM,etc.The nucleation process and mechanism of the base glass nucleation were clarified,and the C-curve was initially determined.The results show that two nucleation mechanisms exist simultaneously in this test:heterogeneous phase-induced nucleation and fractional phase-induced nucleation.The nucleation phase arises in the temperature range of 550℃to 650℃.The base glass is in a special state between the base glass and the nucleation precipitation at the early stage of nucleation,i.e.,the particles inside the base glass gradually undergo an ordering behavior in the nano-and micron-scale range.Clarification of the nucleation mechanism is an important guide to the controlled pre-crystallization process of glass ceramics,which can provide a foundation for eliminating the cracked glass phase on the surface of glass ceramics by sintering.
