摘  要:石化行业存在大量VOCs气体排放,被列入我国VOCs重点排放源。其排放的高浓度VOCs一般采用吸收、冷凝、膜分离等手段进行回收,或采用热力氧化、催化氧化、蓄热氧化等技术进行直接销毁。而排放的低浓度VOCs废气由于风量大、组分种类多,一般采用“活性炭吸附+催化燃烧”组合工艺进行治理。根据“活性炭吸附+催化燃烧”系统中余热利用方式的不同,工程应用中出现了传统“单换热”与新型“双换热”两种设计模式。通过对催化系统进行物料衡算,论证了“双换热”模式可有效避免活性炭吸附塔内产生冷凝液滴而导致床层的坍塌、净化性能的衰减,可维持系统持续稳定高效率的运行。同时在“双换热”系统中,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,通过改变催化出口温度来模拟脱附出口VOCs的浓度波动,以此来监测活性炭热吹扫脱附气温度的变化,结果表明,即使在被动安全调控系统完全失效的情况下,“双换热”模式的主动安全调控也可在一定范围内保证活性炭的安全,有效防止活性炭的阴燃。The petrochemical industry has a large amount of VOCs emissions and has been listed as a key source of VOCs emissions in China.The high concentration VOCs emitted are generally recovered through methods such as absorption,condensation and membrane separation,or directly destroyed through technologies such as thermal oxidation,catalytic oxidation and regenerative thermal oxidation.The low concentration VOCs exhaust gas emitted is generally treated using a combined process of activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion due to its large air volume and diverse types of components.According to the different utilization methods of waste heat in the activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion system,two design modes have emerged in engineering applications,i.e.,the traditional"single heat exchange"and the new"double heat exchange".The material balance of the catalytic system demonstrated that the"double heat exchange"mode can effectively avoid the formation of condensate droplets in the activated carbon adsorption tower,which will lead to the collapse of bed layer and the attenuation of purification performance,thus maintaining the continuous,stable and efficient operation of the system.In the"double heat exchange"system,Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to simulate the concentration fluctuations of VOCs at the desorption outlet by changing the catalytic outlet temperature,in order to monitor the changes in the temperature of desorption gas during the hot blowing of activated carbon.The results show that even in the case of complete failure of the passive safety control system,the active safety control of the"double heat exchange"mode can ensure the safety of activated carbon within a certain range,effectively preventing the activated carbon from smoldering.
