摘 要:化学农药的过度使用造成了严重的环境问题,使用植物源农药是防治害虫、降低农残的新方法,但其作用时效短、易降解等特点限制了其广泛应用。氧化镁改性硅藻土(MD)作为药物载体,可以与植物源农药苦参碱形成配合物,并使其附着在MD的表面。通过比表面积分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对氧化镁改性硅藻土进行表征,并对其制备工艺、吸附机理和缓释性能等进行了探讨。结果表明,经氧化镁改性的硅藻土具有更多的吸附位点,相较于硅藻土原土,氧化镁改性硅藻土对苦参碱的吸附量提升了130%。吸附动力学和热力学研究表明,氧化镁改性硅藻土对苦参碱的吸附更符合Freundlich吸附模型和准二级动力学模型,吸附为多分子层吸附的化学吸热过程。释放动力学研究表明,释放过程主要由Fick扩散控制,相较于市售脂质体和蛋白微囊的苦参碱,释放时间由4 h延长至180 h。该实验探讨了硅藻土基植物源缓释农药的制备工艺及其缓释性能,为田间实际用药提供理论参考。The overuse of chemical pesticides has caused serious environmental problems.Using plant source pesticides is a new way to control pests and reduce agricultural residues.However,the short effect and easy degradation limit its wide ap-plication.The magnesium oxide modified diatomite(MD)was used as a drug carrier,which could form a complex with the plant derived pesticide matrine and make it adhere to the surface of MD.Magnesium oxide modified diatomite was character-ized by specific surface area analyzer,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum,and the preparation process,ad-sorption mechanism and slow release properties were discussed.The study showed that the magnesium oxide modified diato-mite had more adsorption sites.Compared with the original diatomite,the adsorption capacity of the magnesium oxide modi-fied diatcomite for matrine was increased by 130%.The adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics showed that the adsorption of matrine on magnesium oxide modified diatomite was more consistent with the Freundlich adsorption model and the quasi-second-order kinetic model.It was revealed that the adsorption was a chemical endothermic process of polymolecular adsorp-tion.The release kinetics study indicated that the release process was mainly controlled by Fick diffusion.The release time was prolonged from 4 h to 180 h compared with that of commercially available liposomes and protein microcapsules.This study explored the preparation process and sustained-release performance of diatomite based plant-derived sustained-re-lease pesticides,which could provide theoretical reference for actual drug use in the field.
