摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃纤维毡中掺入二氧化硅气凝胶,通过SEM、XRD、FT-IR表征了材料的结构,研究了气凝胶的掺入对玻璃纤维毡隔热性能的影响。结果表明:气凝胶的掺入使得材料在保留一定压缩性和柔性的同时,提高了材料的抗压强度,更有助于材料的密封隔热;掺入气凝胶后材料比表面积增大、热导率减小,同时材料传热背面温升曲线明显变缓,传热250 s时材料的背面温度比掺入气凝胶前降低89℃,传热1 800 s时材料的背面温度比掺入气凝胶前降低51℃。在玻璃纤维毡掺杂二氧化硅气凝胶后,由于其高压缩强度、高热沉、低热导率,使其在瞬态隔热环境下具备高效隔热的能力。Silica aerogel was added into glass fiber felt by the sol-gel method.The structure of material was characterized by SEM,XRD and FT-IR.The influence of the incorporation of aerogel on thermal insulation performance of glass fiber felt was studied.It was shown that the addition of aerogel increased the compression strength of the material while retaining a certain compressibility and flexibility,which was more conducive to the sealing and heat insulation of the material.The spe-cific surface area of the materials was increased after the incorporation of aerogel,and the thermal conductivity of material was decreased.The temperature rise curve of the back surface of material after the incorporation of aerogel was obviously slowed.The back surface temperature of material was lower than that before the incorporation of aerogel at 89℃when the heat transfer time was 250 s,and lower at 51℃ when the heat transfer time was 1800 s.After the glass fiber felt was mixed with silica aerogel,due to its high compression strength,high heat sink,and low thermal conductivity,it had the ability of ef-ficient thermal insulation in the transient thermal insulation environment.
