摘  要:传统RAMS分析方法中专家主观判断影响较大且不具备处理不确定性问题的能力。本文提出一种基于有序加权平均算子改进的失效模式影响与危害性分析方法(OWA-FMECA),对柴田式密接车钩系统实际故障问题进行分析,利用OWA算子赋予各故障模式严重度(S)、发生度(O)和探测度(D)3个因素权重,得到系统各故障模式的加权风险优先数(WRPN),进而得到更合理的系统风险评价结果。引入正态模糊数表示事件故障发生概率,建立柴田式密接车钩系统的正态模糊故障树(NFFTA),确定车钩系统中的关键部件。最后,基于马尔可夫模型评估柴田式密接车钩系统及关键部件的可靠度、MTBF等RAMS指标,为柴田式密接车钩的设计优化和维修工作提供指导。In traditional RAMS analysis methods,experts subjective judgment has a significant influence and cannot effectively address uncertainty problems.This paper proposes an improved failure mode,effects and criticality analysis method(OWA-FMECA)based on the ordered weighted average operator to analyze the actual failure problem of the Shibata-type coupler system.The OWA operator to assign three factors weights to each failure mode severity(S),occurrence(O)and detection(D)to obtain the weighted risk priority number of each failure mode of the system(WRPN),and then obtains a more reasonable system risk evaluation result.The normal fuzzy number is introduced to represent the probability of event failure,and the normal fuzzy fault tree(NFFTA)of the Shibata-type coupler system is established to identify the key components in the coupler system.Finally,the reliability,MTBF and other RAMS indicators of the Shibata-type coupler system and its key components are evaluated based on the Markov model.This analysis provides guidance for design optimization and maintenance of the Shibata-type coupler.
