摘　　要：当前,高校将创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程,将高校大学生党支部建设成为创新创业功能型党支部,提升学生党员的学习内动力、创新行动力和科研竞争力,具有极其重要的意义。研究基于EIT-KIC创新模式,从组织模式、培养模式、运行模式和条件保障四个方面阐述EITKIC模式在高校学生党支部建设过程中的运用,形成“科研-教育-创新”协同发展,实现跨学科、跨年级、跨专业交流,使创新创业成为大学生党支部的内在要求,为新时代高校建设大学生党支部提供新思路。At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education runs through the whole process of talent training in colleges and universities.How to build the party branch of college students into a functional branch of innovation and entrepreneurship,and enhance the learning motivation,innovation and action motivation and scientific research competitiveness of student party members is of great significance.Based on the EIT-KIC innovation model and with the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial party branch as an example,the paper expounds the application of the EIT-KIC model in the construction of college student party branches in four aspects,namely organizational model,training model,operation model and condition guarantee,so as to form the research-education-innovation collaborative development.The paper advocates cross-disciplinary,cross-grade and cross-professional exchanges to make innovation and entrepreneurship the inherent requirements of college students’party branch,and provide new ideas for the construction of college students’party branch in the new era.
