摘  要:文章针对车辆高速行驶时产生的非自然风,设计一种由非自然风驱动的风力发动机.若将其安装在高速公路中央隔离带内,通过风能转换为电能可为高速路段电子设施供电.设计选用Savonius型三叶扭曲式垂直轴永磁风力发电机.叶轮的设计可以收集相向而行的车辆行驶时产生的双向风力,盘式发电机及行星齿轮箱的设计组合可将机械能转化为电能,同时显著提高发电效率.并利用熔融挤压快速成型制造工艺,对风力发电机零件三维建模、快速成型,装配后制成成品.验证了设计制造的可行性,为行业实际技术设计生产提供借鉴.For unnatural winds generated by vehicles traveling at high speeds,this paper introduces a method of wind turbine driven by unnatural wind,which can be installed in the highway isolation zone and be able to convert wind energy into electrical energy to power electronic facilities on highway sections.The vertical axis PMSG wind power of Savonius type three-blade twisted is selected in this design.The design of the impeller can collect the two-way wind force when the vehicle is traveling in the opposite direction,and the Disc-type generator and planetary gearbox can transform mechanical energy into electrical energy,while significantly improving power generation efficiency.According to melting extrusion modeling,the system realized rapid prototyping the parts of wind turbine after 3D modeling,then getting the assemble model by assembling the parts.This experiment verified the feasibility of design and manufacturing,providing a reference for the actual technical design and production in the industry.
