摘　　要：应用预防CVCRI的认知及行为问卷对乌鲁木齐市3所三级甲等医院320名护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析.结果显示,护士的认知平均得分为(11.34±1.38)分,行为平均得分为(32.55±3.13)分.影响护士预防CVCRI认知的因素为学历、接受过CVCRI知识培训;影响行为的因素为学习指南、职称、工作年限.因此,应加强对护士规范化培训的继续教育和管理,提高其对专业知识和技能的掌握,降低导管相关性血流感染的发生率.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 320 nurses from three Grade A hospitals in Urumqi using the Cognitive and Behavioral Questionnaire for the Prevention of CVCRI,and the results were analyzed.The results showed that the average cognitive score of nurses was(11.34±1.38)points,and the average behavioral score was(32.55+3.13)points.The factors affecting nurses'cogni-tion of CRBSI prevention were educational background and CVCRI knowledge training;the factors that influenced the behavior were study guide,professional title and working years.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the continuing education and management of standardized training for nurses,improve their mastery of professional knowledge and skills,and reduce the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections.
