摘 要:漂浮下套管技术是解决长水平井、大位移井以及高摩阻井中套管难以下入难题的一种有效方法,该技术已成功应用于页岩气水平井固井下套管实践中。基于漂浮下套管技术原理,调研了漂浮接箍研究现状,结合实例从常规下套管方式模拟和漂浮下套管优化,介绍了漂浮段长度的确定,以及现场漂浮下套管作业情况,该技术有效保障了页岩气超长水平井套管顺利下入,为超长水平井套管下入提供了借鉴。Floatation casing running-in technology is an effective method to address the challenges of casing running-in in long horizontal wells,extended reach wells,and wells with high frictional resistance.This technology has been successfully applied in the cementing and casing operations of horizontal shale gas wells.Based on the principles of floatation casing technology,this paper investigates the current status of research on floatation collars.Combining case studies,it presents both the simulation of conventional casing methods and the optimization of floatation casing,introducing the determination of the floatation section length and the on-site floatation casing operation.The technology ensures the smooth running-in of casing in ultra-long horizontal shale gas wells,providing a reference for casing running-in in ultra-long horizontal wells.
