摘  要:为探究在中低合金钢线材轧制产线上生产M2高速工具钢的可行性,采用Gleeble-3500试验机对连铸M2高速工具钢进行高温拉伸性能测试,并采用有限元分析软件Deform中的Shaperolling模块,对某特殊钢厂的中低合金钢高速线材生产线进行建模,模拟分析该产线轧制M2高速工具钢的温度及轧制力。结果表明:连铸M2高速工具钢合理的热加工温度范围为800~1200℃,通过适当降低轧制速度、调整精轧机前水箱冷却强度、控制轧件进入精轧机的温度以及加大精轧机段的水冷强度等方式,使工艺具备可行性。此外,由于轧制M2高速工具钢所需的轧制力远高于中低合金钢,所以还需要对轧机载荷能力进行校核。In order to explore the feasibility of producing M2 high-speed tool steel on a medium-low alloy steel wire rod rolling production line,the high-temperature tensile performance tests on continuous-cast M2 high-speed tool steel were tested by testing machine Gleeble-3500,and the Shaperolling module in the finite element analysis software Deform was used to model the high-speed wire rod production line of medium-low alloy steel in a special steel plant.Then,the temperature and rolling force of M2 high-speed tool steel in this produc-tion line were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the reasonable range of hot processing for M2 continuous-cast high-speed tool steel is 800-1200℃,and it is technologically feasible to appropriately reduce the rolling speed,adjust the cooling intensity of the water tank in front of the finishing mill,control the temperature of the rolled parts entering the finishing mill,and increase the water cooling in-tensity of the finishing mill section.In addition,since the rolling force required in rolling M2 high-speed tool steel is much higher than that of medium-low alloy steel,it is necessary to check the load capacity of rolling mill.
