摘 要:以TA1钛合金和5A06铝合金作为实验板材,采用热熔钻铆技术进行连接,通过静拉伸实验和扫描电镜实验对接头的静力学行为及失效机理进行了系统的研究。结果表明:当铝板在下进行铆接时,更有利于形成长而厚的衬套,成形质量更佳,且钛板在上时板材与铆钉间螺纹的啮合程度较低;FTT接头的力学性能最佳并具有最高的缓冲吸震性能,FAT接头的力学性能远高于FTA接头;铝板为下板时,失效形式为典型的韧性断裂特征,铝板为上板时,失效形式呈现脆性断裂特征;钛板断口呈现出剪切断裂和韧性断裂共同作用的混合断裂形式;FAA接头的钉头几乎未损伤,FTT接头的钉头受损严重。For TA1 titanium alloy and 5A06 aluminum alloy experimental plates,the hot-melt drill riveting technology was used to connect them,and the static behavior and failure mechanism of the joints were researched systematically by static tensile test and scanning electron microscope test.The results show that when the aluminum plate is placed below for riveting,it is more conducive to form a long and thick bushing and the forming quality is better,and when the titanium plate is placed on top for riveting,the meshing degree of the thread be-tween the plate and the rivet is lower.The FTT joint has the best mechanical properties and the highest buffering and shock-absorbing properties,and the mechanical properties of FAT joints are much higher than those of FTA joints.When the aluminum plate is the lower plate,the failure mode is typical ductile fracture characteristics,and when the aluminum plate is the upper plate,the failure mode shows brittle fracture characteristics.The fracture of the titanium plate shows a mixed fracture form of shear fracture and ductile fracture.The rivet head of the FAA joints is almost undamaged,and the rivet head of the FTT joints is severely damaged.
