摘 要:为提升DP980钢的断裂韧性,对其进行铌微合金化,并采用CAE仿真技术对其力学性能进行评估。试验以含铌和不含铌的DP980钢为研究对象,对其进行准静态和高速拉伸试验。试验结果表明,铌元素能有效提高材料的断裂韧性,并且材料对应变速率不敏感,可使用Swift+Hockett-Sherby本构模型描述其应变硬化特性。结合DIC技术,进行DP980钢的R5缺口、R10缺口、纯剪切、拉剪切和中心孔拉伸试验以及杯突试验,发现材料的断裂性能对应力状态敏感。采用MMC断裂失效模型进行仿真模拟,结果显示模拟精度较高,说明该失效模型能够准确表征材料的断裂失效行为。对含铌和不含铌DP980钢防撞梁进行三点弯曲压溃试验仿真模拟,结果表明含铌DP980钢具有更优异的碰撞性能。研究结果为含铌高强钢材料和零部件的断裂失效以及整车碰撞仿真分析提供了参考依据。In order to improve the fracture toughness of DP980 steel,niobium microalloying was conducted and its mechanical properties were evaluated by CAE simulation technology.For DP980 steel with and without niobium,the quasi-static and high-speed tensile tests of DP980 steel were conducted.The experimental results show that niobium can effectively improve the fracture toughness of the material which is not sensitive to strain rate,and Swift+Hockett-Sherby constitutive model can be well used to describe its strain-hardening properties.Combined with DIC technology,the tensile tests of R5 notch,R10 notch,pure shear,tensile shear and center-hole and the cupping test of DP980 steel were conduc-ted.It is found that the fracture performance of the material is sensitive to the stress state.The MMC fracture failure model was used for simula-tion,and the result shows the simulation accuracy is high,which proves that the failure model can accurately characterize the fracture failure behavior of the material.The three-point bending test simulation of DP980 steel with and without niobium anti-collision beams was conducted re-spectively,and the simulation results show that DP980 steel with niobium has better collision performance.The research result provides a refer-ence for the simulation analysis on the fracture failure of materials and parts and the vehicle collision for high strength steel with niobium.
