摘  要:低渗油气储层因泡沫压裂液高滤失量缺陷,设计了可改善氮气泡沫压裂液流变和滤失的硼化物CET,并构筑氮气泡沫压裂液滤失系数模型分析硼化物含量、压力、温度及流体流速对压裂液岩芯的滤失影响。实验表明,35 MPa、160℃和1.8 m/s下占瓜胶质量分数0.25%的氮气泡沫压裂液滤失系数和黏度为4.34×10^(-4) m/min^(1/2)和213 mPa·s,好于无机硼交联压裂液的7.62×10^(-4) m/min^(1/2)和131 mPa·s。温度和流体流速升高引起滤失系数升高,而滤失系数随CET含量和压力增大而逐渐降低。N_(2)质量分数对水基N_(2)泡沫压裂液黏度和滤失系数影响最弱,硼交联剂CET含量的影响最显著。探索可显著降低压裂液滤失性因素,对改善低渗储层采油效率具显著的应用价值。The blemish of high filtration loss and low sand carrying existed in this low permeability reservoir due to the low viscosity of water-based nitrogen foam fracturing fluid.A high-efficiency crosslinking agent name CET is prepared that could improve the rheology and fluid loss of water-based nitrogen foam fracturing fluid according to the action law of foam fracturing fluid.In additon,the effect of CET content,system temperature,N_(2) content and fluid velocity on the filtration are explored and analyzed based on a self-constructed mathematical model of filtration coefficient.The results displayed that the viscosity of 213 mPa·s and filtration coefficient of 1.34×10^(-4) m/min^(1/2) of guar gum fracturing fluid with 0.25% of CET at 35MPa,160 ℃ and 1.8 m/s.Meanwhile,the increasing filtration coefficient and decreasing viscosity is showed with an increase the system temperature,N_(2) fraction and fluid velocity,but the CET content showed an opposite trend.Among the above factors,a weakest influence of N_(2) fraction was displayed on the filtration coefficient,and CET content displayed the highest influence.
