摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为原料合成了一种阳离子共聚物,该共聚物与超支化聚酰胺胺(HA)复合,制备了树枝状超分子复合聚合物溶液作为新型粘土稳定剂。通过防膨、滚动回收和耐水洗等多种方法对其进行了性能测试。HA和AM/DAC在浓度分别为100 mg/L和5 000 mg/L时防膨性能最佳,达到87.6%。该体系与无机盐配合使用时复配体系性能更优。经5次去离子水处理后,复配体系的防膨率稳定在73.3%,具有良好的油田应用前景。A novel cationic copolymer was synthesized with acrylamide(AM),and 2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DAC).In association with hyperbranched poly(amido amine)(HA),a dendrimer-based supramolecular composite polymer solution as a new clay stabilizer was prepared.The inhibiting properties,including anti-swelling,hot-rolling recovery and erosion resistance,have been tested through various approaches.The optimal concentrations of HA and AM/DAC were 100 mg/L and 5000 mg/L,separately.The supramolecular complex showed an excellent retention ratio of 87.6%.When the system is employed with inorganic salt solutions,the performance of the composite system is better.Moreover,after sourcing with the deionized water for 5 times,the anti-swelling degree of composite solution was stabilized at 73.3%,showing high potential to use this new clay stabilizer for oil field.
