摘  要:以甲醇钠为催化剂,乙酰乙酸甲酯和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经Michael加成反应催化合成2-乙酰基戊二酸二甲酯,该路线考察了催化剂、加料方式、物料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等对合成2-乙酰基戊二酸二甲酯的影响。结果表明,以甲醇钠为催化剂,甲醇为溶剂,将丙烯酸甲酯和甲醇钠溶液同时滴加至乙酰乙酸甲酯溶液中,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为6 h,乙酰乙酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、甲醇钠摩尔比为1∶1∶0.05。本工艺2-乙酰基戊二酸二甲酯收率为90.63%。Using sodium methoxide as a catalyst,methyl acetoacetate and methyl acrylate as raw materials,dimethyl 2-acetylglutarate was catalyzed by Michael addition reaction.This route investigated the catalyst,feeding method,material molar ratio,and reaction temperature.Reaction time and other effects on the synthesis of dimethyl 2-acetylglutarate.The results showed that using sodium methoxide as a catalyst and methanol as a solvent,the methyl acrylate and sodium methoxide solutions were added dropwise to the methyl acetoacetate solution at the same time.The reaction temperature was 25 C,and the reaction time was 6 h.The molar ratio of ester to sodium methoxide is 1:1:0.05.The yield of dimethyl 2-acetylglutarate in this process is 90.63%.
