摘 要:以赣无系列油茶果为研究对象,通过对其种实性状和油用性状等两年(2018年和2019年)指标的测定和分析,探究干旱胁迫对茶油的油用性状及品质的影响,为提升茶油品质及筛选抗旱油茶品种提供理论依据。结果表明:干旱胁迫会造成赣无系列油茶的单果重、果高、果径、果皮厚、鲜籽重、干籽重等参数明显降低。2018年含油率高于2019年;脂肪酸组分中除花生酸外,2018年单脂肪酸含量均高于2019年。灰色关联度分析表明油茶中赣石84-8、赣无2、赣抚20,2019年的不饱和脂肪酸含量高于2018年,并且2019年三个无性系的灰色关联度排名不降反增,说明这3个品种基本未受到干旱胁迫的影响,有较强的抗旱能力,可以进行抗旱品种的良种培育。Taking Ganwu series of Camellia oleifera fruits as the research object,through two years(2018 and 2019)of the determination and analysis of the seed and oil traits of Camellia oleifera of the Ganwu series,exploring the effects of drought stress on the oil traits and quality of Camellia oleifera,in order to provide theoretical basis of improve the quality and screen drought-resistant varieties of the Camellia oleifera.The results were showed as follow:Drought stress could reduce the single fruit weight,fruit height,fruit diameter,pericarp thickness,fresh seed weight,dry seed weight and other parameters of Camellia oleifera of Ganwu series.Among them,the oil content in 2018 was higher than that in 2019;In addition to arachidic acid in the fatty acid composition,the contents of heptadecanoic acid methyl ester,cis-8-Eicose,stearic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid in 2018 were higher than in 2019.The grey relational degrees analysis showed that the unsaturated fatty acid content of Ganshi 84-8,Ganwu 2,and Ganfu 20 in 2019 was higher than 2018,and in 2019,the grey relational degrees ranking of Ganshi 84-8,Ganwu 24,and Ganfu 20 did not decline but increased.Indicating that the three varieties were not affected by drought stress and had strong drought resistance ability,which could be used for breeding drought resistant varieties.
