摘 要:以UVR-A和UVR-B作为紫外光稳定剂,并用于SBS改性乳化沥青冷补料。通过测试SBS改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物以及SBS改性乳化沥青冷补料紫外老化前后路用性能的变化,研究了UVR-A和UVR-B对SBS改性乳化沥青及其冷补料紫外老化性能的影响。结果表明,UVR-A可增强SBS改性乳化沥青及其冷补料的耐紫外老化性能,而UVR-B则降低了SBS改性乳化沥青及其冷补料的耐紫外老化性能,这主要是因为UVR-A可以捕获沥青材料紫外光辐射诱发的活性自由基,而UVR-B则产生可以促使沥青缩聚和SBS降解的自由基,从而加速SBS改性沥青的紫外老化进程。Using UVR-A and UVR-B as UV stabilizers,SBS modified emulsified asphalt cold patch was prepared.In order to study the effect of UVR-A and UVR-B on the UV aging performance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt and its cold patch,the evaporation residue of SBS modified emulsified asphalt and the road before and after UV aging of SBS modified emulsified asphalt were tested.Use the law of change in performance.The results show that UVR-A can enhance the UV aging resistance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt and its cold patch,while UVR-B can reduce the UV aging resistance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt and its cold patch.This can be attributed to the fact that UVR-A can capture active free radicals induced by ultraviolet radiation of asphalt materials,while UVR-B can generate free radicals that can promote asphalt condensation and SBS degradation,thus accelerating the UV aging process of SBS modified asphalt.
