摘 要:设计并合成了以哌啶环为阳离子中心、PEG为桥连基团的3种聚乙二醇桥连双子季铵盐(PEG-Cn),通过FT-IR谱和NMR谱对化合物结构进行表征,然后考察合成的PEG-Cn的防膨、耐水洗性能,并通过吸附量、FT-IR、MMT表面电荷、晶层间距以及润湿性等变化对化合物的作用机理进行探索。PEG-C_(8)表现出最佳的防膨性能(防膨率达到了91.5%)和耐水洗性能(经过5次水洗,防膨率累积降低1.5%),具有良好的油田应用前景。Three PEG-bridged gemini quaternary ammonium salts(PEG-Cn)with piperidine as the cationic center and PEG as the bridging group were designed and synthesized.FTIR and NMR spectra were used to characterize their structures,and then the anti-swelling and washing resistance properties of PEGCn were investigated.The adsorption capacity,FTIR,surface charge,interlaminar spacing,wettability and micro morphology of MMT were investigated to gain insight into inhibition mechanism.PEG-C_(8) showed the best anti-swelling performance(anti-swelling rate of 91.5%)and washing resistance(after 5 washings,the anti-swelling rate was cumulatively reduced by 1.5%),which suggested that PEG-C_(8) would has good oilfield application prospects.
