摘 要:为了满足聚驱后油藏深部调堵的要求,进一步提高原油采收率,研发了一种以聚丙烯酰胺、金属离子交联剂、调节剂、增强剂、缓凝剂组合成的低初黏可控凝胶调剖体系,采用岩心渗流实验与仪器测试相结合的方法,对其作用机理及体系性能进行了研究。结果表明:通过优化组分配方,低初黏可控凝胶调剖体系初始黏度在10 mPa·s以内,成胶时间在10~40 d内可控,体系成胶后黏度在2 000 mPa·s以上;适用pH范围为8~9;在强碱溶液中黏度保留率更高;矿化度为40 000 mg/L时,体系黏度仍达到2 000 mPa·s以上;溶液放置60 d以上黏度保留率为80.53%;在混调器转速达到6 000 r/min剪切情况下凝胶黏度保留率为56.50%,经过4次岩心剪切后凝胶黏度保留率为82.56%,抗剪切性能较好;体系中聚合物浓度越高,体系形变恢复能力越强;在多孔介质中经多次冲刷后压力有恢复性上升,耐冲刷性优于常规凝胶;凝胶具有较好的封堵性能,针对有效渗透率为0.4~4μm^(2)的岩心封堵率均在99%以上,残余阻力系数为96.75~550.91。In order to meet the requirements of deep plugging in reservoirs after polymer flooding and further improve the oil recovery,a low initial viscosity controlled gel profile control system combined with polyamide amide,metal ion crosslinking agent,regulator,reinforcing agent and retarder was developed.The mechanism and performance of the system were studied by means of core seepage test and instrument test.The results showed that:by optimizing the formulation,the initial viscosity of the low viscosity controlled gel profile control system was within 10 mPa s,the gelation time was controlled within 10~40 d,the viscosity of the system was above 2000 mPa·S,the suitable pH range was 8~9,and the viscosity retention rate in the strong alkali solution was higher;when the mineralization degree was 40000 mg/L,the viscosity of the system still reached 2000 mPa·S,and the solution was placed for more than 60 d.The degree retention rate is 80.53%.When the mixer speed reaches 6000 r/min,the viscosity retention rate of the gel is 56.50%.After four core shearing,the gel viscosity retention rate is 82.56%,and the shear resistance is good.The higher the polymer concentration in the system,the stronger the deformation recovery ability of the system is;the more frequent the porous media are.After washing,the pressure increased and the erosion resistance was better than that of the conventional gel.The gel had better plugging performance,and the plugging rate of the core with effective permeability from 0.4 to 4μm^(2) was over 99%,and the residual resistance coefficient was 96.75~550.91.
