摘 要:为了解决长水平段水平井连续油管起下自锁问题,采用改性植物油、表面活性剂、乙二醇复配制备了水包油型金属减摩剂。采用红外光谱表征了金属减摩剂的特征基团,采用多功能摩擦磨损仪评价了减摩性能,研究了清水、金属减摩剂种类及使用浓度对N80钢块的减摩性能,采用扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)分析并探讨了金属减摩剂的减摩机理。结果表明,5#金属减摩剂及其加量为0.5%时,减摩效果最明显,与清水作为润滑介质比较,其使N80钢块摩擦系数CoF降低至0.12(清水对应的CoF为0.42),CoF降低率达到71.4%。SEM-EDS结果分析表明,磨痕表面趋于光滑、孔洞状结构的出现与钢块基体表面形成分子吸附层可能是金属减摩剂的减摩机理。In order to solve the self-locking problem resulting from long lateral sections of horizontal wells during the downhole operation for coiled tubing,an oil-in-water friction-reducing agent was prepared by compounding modified vegetable oil,surfactant and ethylene glycol.Infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the characteristic groups of friction-reducing agents.The multifunctional friction and wear tester was used to evaluate the anti-friction properties.The anti-friction properties of clean water,various friction-reducing agents and their concentrations on N80 steel blocks were studied.Scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS)was used to analyze the anti-friction mechanism of the friction-reducing agents.The results show that compared with water as a lubricating medium,when the concentration of 5#friction-reducing agent is 0.5%,the CoF of N80 steel block is reduced to 0.12(the CoF for water as a lubricating medium is 0.42),and the reduction rate of CoF reaches 71.4%,showing the most significant anti-friction effects.The SEM-EDS results show that the smoother surface of wear tracks and the appearance of pore-like structures and the formation of a molecular adsorption layer on the surface of the steel block substrate may be the anti-friction mechanism of the frictionreducing agents.
