摘 要:硝苯地平的固液平衡数据对于工业应用的初步研究至关重要。本文通过重量法研究了常压状态、温度5~55℃(278.15~328.15K)下硝苯地平在(水和乙醇)二元溶剂混合物中的固液平衡情况。将溶解度数据经过改进的Apelblat模型、近理想二元溶剂/Redich-Kister(CNIBS/R-K)模型和Jouyban-Acree模型三种模型拟合分析。结果表明,CNIBS/R-K模型因与测量值有较小的平均偏差,而优于其它模型。此外,计算的热力学参数表明,在所研究的每种溶剂中,硝苯地平的溶解都是吸热、非自发和焓驱动的过程。Data on corresponding solid-liquid equilibrium of nifedipine is essential for a preliminary study of industrial applications.The solid-liquid equilibrium of nifedipine in(water + ethanol) binary solvent mixture were explored in the temperatures(from 278.15 to 328.15 K) under atmosphere pressure by gravimetric method.The solubility data were fitted using a modified Apelblat model,a variant of the combined nearly ideal binary solvent/Redich-Kister(CNIBS/R-K) model and Jouyban-Acree model.Results showed that the CNIBS/R-K model was superior to the other equations because of the less mean deviation.In addition,the calculated thermodynamic parameters indicated that in each studied solvents the dissolution of nifedipine is endothermic,non-spontaneous and enthalpy-drive process.
