摘 要:介绍一种利用表面张力法测定表面活性剂生物降解度的方法,通过测定不同浓度的表面活性剂溶液的表面张力,根据希斯科夫斯基经验公式利用Origin软件做浓度c与表面张力δ散点图的拟合曲线,利用该拟合公式与测定的降解液表面张力,求得降解液中表面活性剂的浓度,从而求得其降解度。在该试验基础上,提出用表面张力法作为补充方法进行表面活性剂生物降解度的测定并对其方法进行可行性研究。结果表明:该法适用于多种类型表面活性剂生物降解度的测定;并且相比国标方法而言,表面张力法省去国标方法中有机物萃取的步骤有明显优势,但其工作曲线需要一一对应,工作量也相应增加。Introducing a new method for biodegradability of surfactants detection.A relation between surface tension and concentration of surfactant solution was plotted in an c-scatter by Origin using empirical formula.So the concentration of surfactant solution was determined measuring surface tension of surfactant in the degradation solution with the fitted equation.And then the biodegradability was obtained.On the basis of the experiment,the surface tension method was proposed as a supplementary method to measure the biodegradability of surfactants and the feasibility of the method was studied.The results show that the method is suitable for the determination of biodegradability of various surfactants.Compared with the national standard method,the surface tension method has obvious advantages,because it saves the extraction of organic solvents.But its working curve needs to be consistent one-to-one,so the workload increases accordingly.
