摘  要:为进一步提高无烟块煤的清洁高效利用,同时解决碎煤加压气化运行无烟块煤过程中存在的蒸汽用量大、能量利用率低、气化效率低等问题,晋煤集团与赛鼎工程公司联合研发了JM-S炉。结果表明,该技术提高了气化炉的投煤量、煤气产量以及有效气含量,同时降低了煤耗、氧耗和蒸汽消耗,基本达到了优化改进的目的。下一步将重点解决试运行过程中存在的问题,进一步提高该技术的竞争力。In order to improve the clean and efficient utilization of anthracite coal,and solve the problems of large steam consumption,low energy utilization rate and low gasification efficiency in the pressurized gasification of anthracite coal,the Anthracite Mining Group and SEDIN Engineering Co.,Ltd jointly developed the JM-S furnace.The results show that the technology improves the coal input,gas output and effective gas content of the gasifier,and reduces the coal consumption,oxygen consumption and steam consumption,basically achieves the purpose of optimization and improvement.The next step will focus on solving the problems in the trial operation process and further improve the competitiveness of this technology.
