多级压裂火药装药复合射孔器研制及性能测试

摘　　要：为了增大复合射孔器火药装药量、延长火药有效作用时间,研制了三级火药装药的多脉冲射孔器。设计了三级火药装药结构和不同燃速的装药配方,制备了样品并进行了地面动态单元测试、地面混凝土靶射孔性能测试。结果表明:三级火药装药结构提高了火药装药量,通过使用不同粒度氧化剂级配和燃速调节剂,实现了高、中、低燃速三级压裂火药燃速级差。地面动态单元测试结果表明,与两级火药装药单元相比,三级火药装药单元的装药量、峰值压力和有效作用时间分别提高37.5%,64%,700%;地面混凝土靶射孔性能测试结果表明,三级火药装药的多脉冲复合射孔器地面安全性能良好,各项性能指标满足行业标准要求;混凝土靶裂开最大缝宽400 mm,造缝作用明显;现场实验表明,施工安全性合格,增产效果显著。In order to increase the fracturing powder quantity of the composite perforator and prolong the effective time of the fracturing powders,a multi-pulse perforator with a three-stage fracturing powders was developed.The three-stage fracturing powders structure and different burning ratefracturing powder formulas were designed,samples were prepared and the ground dynamic unit test and ground concrete target perforation performance test were carried out.The results show that the three-stage fracturing powders structure increases the quantity.By using different particle size oxidizer gradations and burning rate regulators,the burning rate difference of high,medium and low burning rate fracturing powder is realized.The results of the ground dynamic unit testing show that compared with the two-stage fracturing powder unit,the quantity,peak pressure and effective action time of the three-stage fracturing powder unit are increased by 37.5%,64% and 700%,respectively;The ground concrete target perforation test results show that the ground safety performance of the multi-pulse composite perforator with three-stage fracturing powder is good,and the performance indicators meet the requirements of the industry standard;the maximum crack width of the concrete target is 400 mm,and the fracturing creation effect is obvious;the field test shows that the construction safety is qualified and the effect of increasing production is remarkable.
