摘 要:目的研究黄果茄Solanum xanthocarpum Schrad.et Wendl果实中甾体成分及其体外抗炎活性。方法黄果茄果70%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS、MCI、大孔树脂、制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。通过LPS诱导的RAW 264.7巨噬细胞炎症模型评估其体外抗炎活性。结果从中分离得到31个甾体。化合物1~8、10、13、26、30~31对NO的抑制活性较高,IC_(50)值在30~50μmol/L之间。结论化合物1、30为首次从茄科植物中分离得到,化合物2~8、16~17、31为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物1~8、10、13、26、30~31具有抗炎活性。AIM To study the steroids from the fruits of Solanum xanthocarpum Schrad.et Wendl and their in vitro anti-inflammatory activities.METHODS The 70%ethanol extract from the fruits of S.xanthocarpum was isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS,MCI,macroporous resin and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their in vitro anti-inflammatory activities were estimated by LPS-induced inflammatory model in RAW 264.7 macrophages.RESULTS Thirty-one steroids were isolated and identified.Compounds 1-8,10,13,26,30-31 exhibited high inhibitory activity against NO,and their IC_(50) values were between 30-50μmol/L.CONCLUSION Compounds 1,30 are isolated from genus Solanaceae for the first time.Compounds 2-8,16,17,31 are isolated from this plant for the first time.Compounds 1-8,10,13,26,30-31 have anti-inflammatory activities.
