摘 要:目的研究八仙草Galium aparine L.的化学成分及其抗病毒活性。方法八仙草60%乙醇提取物采用D101大孔树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、TLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。采用MTT比色法对其抗病毒活性进行测定。结果从中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、山柰酚(2)、芦丁(3)、异鼠李素(4)、香叶木素(5)、表没食子儿茶素(6)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(7)、异牡荆素-2″-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10)、异鼠李素-3-O-芸香糖苷(11)、异鼠李素-3-O-芸香糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)、β-胡萝卜苷(14)、丁香酸(15)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(16)、车叶草苷(17)。化合物7抗H5N1病毒半数有效浓度为(0.06±0.01)mmol/L。结论化合物12为首次从拉拉藤属植物中分离得到,化合物4~11、15~16为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物7具有较强的抗H5N1病毒活性。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Galium aparine L.and their anti-viruses activities.METHODS The 60%ethanol extract from G.aparine was isolated and purified by D101 macroporous resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and TLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their anti-viruses activities were detected by MTT colorimetry.RESULTS Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin(1),kaempferol(2),rutin(3),isorhamnetin(4),diosmetin(5),epigallocatechin(6),epicatechin gallate(7),isovitexin 2″-O-α-L-rhamnoside(8),diosmetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(10),isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside(11),isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside-7-O-β-D-glucoside(12),β-sitosterol(13),β-daucosterol(14),clove acid(15),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(16),asperuloside(17).The half effective concentration of compound 7 against H5N1 virus was(0.06±0.01)mmol/L.CONCLUSION Compound 12 is isolated from genus Galium for the first time.Compounds 4-11,15-16 are isolated from this plant for the first time.Compound 7 has a good anti-H5N1 activity.
