摘　　要：目的研究药西瓜Citrullus colocynthis(L.)Schrad.的化学成分。方法药西瓜95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS-C 18柱、半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为endecaphyllacin A(1)、endecaphyllacin B(2)、khekadaengeninⅣ(3)、khekadaengeninⅤ(4)、neocucurbitacin C(5)、neocucurbitacin D(6)、23,24-dihydroisocucurbitacin B(7)、dihydro-epi-isocucurbitacin D(8)、(9β,10α)-25-(acetyloxy)-2,20-dihydroxy-9-methyl-19-norlanosta-1,5-diene-3,11,16,22-tetrone(9)、dihydrocucurbitain Q(10)、cucurbitacin E(11)、dihydrocucurbitacin E(12)。结论化合物9为新天然产物,化合物1~10为首次从西瓜属植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Citrullus colocynthis(L.)Schrad.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from C.colocynthis was isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS-C 18 chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as endecaphyllacin A(1),endecaphyllacin B(2),khekadaengeninⅣ(3),khekadaengenin V(4),neocucurbitacin C(5),neocucurbitacin D(6),23,24-dihydroisocucurbitacin B(7),dihydro-epi-isocucurbitacin D(8),(9β,10α)-25-(acetyloxy)-2,20-dihydroxy-9-methyl-19-norlanosta-1,5-diene-3,11,16,22-tetrone(9),dihydrocucurbitain Q(10),cucurbitacin E(11),dihydrocucurbitacin E(12).CONCLUSION Compound 9 is a new natural product.Compounds 1-10 are isolated from genus Citrullus for the first time.
