摘  要:目的研究赤雹Thladiantha dubia Bunge根的化学成分。方法赤雹根45%乙醇提取物采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS、TLC、制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为皂树皮酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-(1→2)-6-O-乙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(1)、皂树皮酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、皂树皮酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、皂树皮酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-(1→2)-6-O-甲基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(4)、3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基-丝石竹酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→3)-β-D-吡喃木糖基(1→4)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(5)、汉黄芩素(6)。结论化合物1~3为新化合物,化合物4~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Thladiantha dubia Bunge.METHODS The 45%ethanol extract from the roots of T.dubia was isolated and purified by macroporous resin,silica gel,ODS,TLC and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as quillaic acid-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-6-O-ethyl-β-D-glucuronopyranoside(1),quillaic acid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),quillaic acid-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),quillaic acid-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-6-O-methyl-β-D-glucuronopyranoside(4),3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl-gypsogenin-28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabin opyranoside(5),wogonin(6).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-3 are new compounds.Compounds 4-6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
