摘　　要：目的建立藓生马先蒿质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别、TLC进行定性鉴别,2020年版《中国药典》方法检测其水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量,HPLC法测定京尼平苷酸、毛蕊花糖苷含量。结果显微鉴别特征明显,可见花粉粒、草酸钙晶体、网纹状细胞、螺纹导管。TLC特征斑点分离清晰。10批样品水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物平均含量分别为8.3%、15.8%、2.0%、36.7%。京尼平苷酸、毛蕊花糖苷分别在12.83~128.31、11.77~117.75μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9997),平均加样回收率分别为101%、101%,RSD分别为1.16%、1.08%,平均含量分别为0.31%、1.78%。结论藓生马先蒿质量标准为水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分分别不得超过15%、20%、4.0%,浸出物不得少于33.0%,京尼平苷酸、毛蕊花糖苷含量分别不得少于0.25%、1.70%。AIM To establish a quality standard for Pedicularis muscicola Maxim..METHODS P.muscicola was qualitatively identified by its microscopic features and TLC;quantitatively determined with its contents of water,total ash,acid insoluble ash and extract complying with the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),and its contents of geniposidic acid and verbascoside by HPLC.RESULTS P.muscicola displayed obvious microscopic features including pollen grains,calcium oxalate crystals,reticulate cells,and whorled ducts;and clear and well-separated spots in TLC image as well.The average water content,total ash content,acid insoluble ash content,and extract content of ten batches of samples were 8.3%,15.8%,2.0%,36.7%,respectively.Good linear relationships between geniposidic acid and verbascoside were observed within the range of 12.83-128.31,11.77-117.75μg/mL(r≥0.9997),whose average recoveries were 101%,101%,with RSD of 1.16%,1.08%,contributing 0.31%,1.78%average contents respectively.CONCLUSION We suggest a quality standard for P.muscicola of no more than 15%water,20%total ash,and 4.0%acid insoluble ash;and no less than 33.0%extract,0.25%geniposidic acid and 1.70%verbascoside,respectively.
