摘　　要：报告1例棘状角皮病。患者女,41岁。掌跖多发棘状凸起5年。皮肤科检查:双侧掌跖多发棘状凸起,触之粗糙。皮损组织病理检查:角化过度,柱状角化不全。诊断:棘状角皮病。治疗:予0.025%维A酸乳膏及0.3%尿囊素乳膏外用,每日2次,随访半年,皮损无复发。A case of spiny keratoderma is reported.A 41-year-old woman presented with multiple,increasing tiny spiked keratotic projections at her palms and plantar without subjective symptoms for five years.Physical examination showed multiple spiked projections with rough texture,located at bilateral palms and plantar.Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis with column-like hypokeratosis.She received 0.025%retinoid cream and 0.3%allantoin cream,twice daily.There was no recurrence within half a year of follow-up.
