摘  要:铸造作为重要的材料成形方法,具有悠久的历史,提高铸件品质与生产效率是铸造领域一直以来的追求。随着计算机技术的不断发展,铸造数值模拟技术在铸造设计及工艺优化中展现出显著优势。从理论与实践角度系统综述了铸造模拟软件技术及其应用,包括前处理过程中的网格划分技术、模拟中的计算分析技术、后处理过程中的数据可视化技术、并行运算技术以及工艺智能优化技术。以典型模拟案例分析展示了铸造数值模拟软件在各类材料及铸造工艺下的广泛应用前景。总结了当前铸造模拟软件的发展状况,并展望了未来的发展趋势。As an important material forming method,casting has a long history,and improvement of the quality and production efficiency of castings has been pursued in the casting field.With continuous development of computer technology,casting numerical simulation technology reflects significant advantages in casting design and process optimization.Casting simulation software technology and application were systematically reviewed from the perspective of theory and practice,including the mesh generation technology in the pre-processing process,the computational analysis technology in the simulation,data visualization technology in post-processing,parallel computing technology,and process intelligent optimization technology.The extensive application of casting numerical simulation software in various materials and casting processes was demonstrated through typical simulation case analysis.The current flourishing development of casting simulation software were summarized,and future development trends were prospected.
