摘 要:以WE43镁合金为研究对象,采用SEM、XRD、EDS及万能拉伸试验机等手段,研究了0~1.1%(质量分数,下同)的Cu含量对合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Cu含量增加,合金的晶粒尺寸呈先减小后增大、抗拉强度先增大后减小的趋势,转折点Cu含量均为0.7%;当Cu含量为0.7%时,合金的晶粒尺寸和抗拉强度分别为31.46μm和200.17MPa,相较于Cu含量为0时的58.76μm和160.93MPa,晶粒尺寸减小了46.46%,抗拉强度提高了24.38%。Cu的加入使得合金中产生LPSO相,且随着Cu含量增加,LPSO相的数量不断增加,而伸长率则呈逐渐降低的趋势。The effects of Cu content in range of 0~1.1%on the solidification structure and mechanical properties of the WE43magnesium alloy were investigated by SEM,XRD,EDS and universal tensile testing machine.The results indicate that with the increase of Cu content,the grain size of the alloy is decreased firstly and then increased,and the tensile strength is increased at first and then decreased,and the turning point is 0.7%.With the Cu content of 0.7%,the grain size and tensile strength of the alloy reach 31.46μm and 200.17MPa,respectively,which is decreased by 46.46%and increased by 24.38%compared with that of ones without Cu content.The formation of LPSO phase can be observed with Cu addition in the alloy,and the number of LPSO is increased with the increase of Cu content,while elongation is gradually decreased.
