摘 要:在TC4钛合金表面激光熔覆Ni60A、Ni60CuMo复合粉末,研究Cu和Mo元素对熔覆层显微组织、硬度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在相同激光熔覆工艺参数下,Ni60CuMo熔覆层中除含有Ni60A熔覆层所含有的Ti_(2)Ni、TiNi、TiB_(2)和TiC相外,还含有Cu_(0.81)Ni_(0.19)、Ti_(2)Cu、MoSi_(2)等硬质相。在硬质相的作用下,Ni60CuMo熔覆层的显微硬度平均值(HV_(0.1))为826,是Ni60A熔覆层硬度的1.2倍。在相同条件下,Ni60CuMo熔覆层的磨损率为3.30×10^(-6) mm^(3)/(N·m),约为Ni60A熔覆层磨损率的16.42%,是TC4钛合金基体磨损率的4.23%。添加Cu和Mo能显著提升TC4钛合金表面激光熔覆层的耐磨性。Ni60A and Ni60CuMo composite powders were laser cladded on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy and the effects of Cu and Mo elements on the microstructure,hardness,and wear resistance of cladding layer were in-vestigated.The results indicate that under the same laser cladding process parameters,Ni60CuMo cladding layer contains not only the Ti_(2)Ni,TiNi,TiB_(2),and TiC possessed by the Ni60A cladding layer,but also hard phases such as Cu_(0.81) Ni_(0.19),Ti_(2) Cu,MoSi_(2).Under the action of hard phase,the average microhardness(HV_(0.1))of Ni60CuMo cladding layer is 826,which is 1.2 times of Ni60A cladding layer.Under the same conditions,the wear rate of Ni60CuMo cladding layer is 3.30×10^(-6) mm^(3)/(N·m),which is approximately 16.42% of Ni60A clad-ding layer and 4.23%of TC4 titanium alloy matrix.Cu and Mo addition significantly enhances the wear resistance of laser cladding layer on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy.
