摘 要:通过常温拉伸性能测试、硬度测试、ODF图、OM、SEM、TEM及EDS等分析,研究了Er对Al-Mg-Si-Zr-Er合金(T4态)组织和性能的影响,并解释了Er的作用机制。结果表明,随着Er含量增加,合金强度和硬度均增加,伸长率降低,平面各向异性降低,晶粒细化,织构强度变弱,再结晶形核机制改变;Al-Mg-Si-Zr-Er合金(T4态)主要织构为Brass{110}<112>织构;Er的加入起到了细晶强化、抑制再结晶、降低铝合金层错能及减弱合金变形时的平面滑移所引起的局部应变集中的作用。Effects of Er content on microstructure and properties of Al-Mg-Si-Zr-Er(T4)alloy sheets were investigated by tensile testing,micro-hardness test,ODF,OM,SEM,TEM and EDS analysis,and the mechanism was also analyzed.The results indicate that as Er content increases,the strength and microhardness of the T4treated alloy are enhanced,while the elongation and in-plane anisotropy are decreased.Moreover,the grain is refined,the texture intensity is weakened and recrystallization nucleation mechanism is also tranformed.The texture of Al-Mg-Si-Zr-Er alloy is dominated by Brass{110}<112>.The addition of Er plays a role of refining grain,inhibiting recrystallization process,and reducing stacking fault energy as well as local strain concentration caused by plane slipping during deformation.
