摘 要:采用真空气压浸渗法制备了增强体为Al_(2)O_(3)纤维,基体合金分别为1A99、ZL210A、ZL301及7075铝合金的连续Al_(2)O_(3)f/Al复合材料,并用NaOH溶液提取出Al_(2)O_(3)纤维,研究了不同基体对Al_(2)O_(3)f/Al复合材料纤维损伤的影响。结果表明,在同样的制备工艺下,不同的基体对Al_(2)O_(3)纤维的损伤程度不同。Al_(2)O_(3)纤维与纯铝及ZL210A基体界面反应程度微弱,纤维表面光滑,未发现界面反应产物,纤维剩余强度分别为1746MPa和1658MPa;Al_(2)O_(3)纤维与ZL301发生界面反应生成了MgAl2O4(镁铝尖晶石),纤维表面较为粗糙,剩余强度为1584MPa;Al_(2)O_(3)纤维与7075基体发生了严重的界面反应生成了Al2(SiO4)O(蓝晶石)和ZnAl2O4(锌铝尖晶石),纤维表面非常粗糙,剩余强度仅为980MPa。表明不同基体与Al_(2)O_(3)纤维之间的界面反应程度造成了纤维不同程度损伤。The continuous Al_(2)O_(3)f/Al composites were performed by vacuum gas pressure infiltration,with reinforced material of Al_(2)O_(3)fiber and 1A99,ZL210A,ZL301and 7075alloys as the matrix.Al_(2)O_(3)fibers were extracted using NaOH solution,and the effects of matrix alloy on the fiber damage of continuous Al_(2)O_(3)f/Al composites were investigated.The results indicate that under the same preparation process,damage degrees of Al_(2)O_(3) fibers are different in different matrices.The degree of interfacial reaction between Al_(2)O_(3)fiber and pure aluminum or ZL210Amatrix becomes weak,and the fiber surface is smooth with absence of interfacial reaction products,where the residual strength of the fiber is 1746MPa and 1658MPa,respectively.Al_(2)O_(3)fiber reacts with ZL301 to generate MgAl2O4,and the fiber surface is slightly rough with fiber residual strength of 1584MPa.The Al_(2)O_(3) fiber undergoes a severe interfacial reaction with 7075matrix to generate Al2(SiO4)O and ZnAl2O4,and the fiber surface is extremely rough,where the residual strength is only 980MPa.In conclusion,the interfacial reaction degrees between different matrix and Al_(2)O_(3)fiber are different result in different degrees of fiber damage.
