电动轮汽车转向特性的轮胎接地印迹研究

摘  要:针对电动轮汽车各轮独立驱动与传统前轮偏转转向相结合出现滑移助力及偏转滑移转向机理认识不清的问题,建立电动轮汽车向左转的双轨2自由度模型,计算30、60 km/h转向工况各车轮所受载荷基础上,利用ABAQUS建立轮胎-路面有限元模型,仿真计算各电动轮轮胎与路面间印迹,法向与横向应力、应变。结果表明:右侧轮胎印迹比左侧大,后轮胎印迹在横向方向向外有明显扩大;各轮胎法向应力、横向应力、法向应变分别在横、横、纵向方向呈基本对称分布;60 km/h相对30 km/h转向各轮胎印迹均减小,左、右侧轮胎法向应力分布区域、峰值分别减小、增大,右前轮胎横向应力、应变增大,且横向应力最大值出现在靠近胎肩处,左侧轮胎横向应力、应变均下降。In the process of automotive electrification,in-wheel motor vehicles have become an important direction for the development of electric vehicles.As the in-wheel motor can independently drive each wheel,allowing the vehicle steering systems based on traditional front wheel Ackermann system to easily utilize the speed difference between the inner and outer wheels to achieve slip-assisted steering.A larger additional lateral yaw moment compared to traditional steering systems is created,causing deviation slip in the front wheels.The generation of additional lateral yawing moment during the steering process of electric wheel vehicles must be balanced by the ground-tire contact forces.So far,ample research has been done on the interaction between tires and road surfaces.However,such research mainly relies on experimental and simulation methods based on tire dynamics theory.Various empirical and semi-empirical models as well as finite element models have been built and continuously improved.Still,they have two major drawbacks:1)empirical and semi-empirical models can hardly reflect the complex deformations that occur during the actual contact between the tire and the road surface.Current research methods fail to consider the tire deformation characteristics from the perspective of local contact;2)finite element models can intuitively reflect issues such as tire contact conditions,contact area,imprint area,and the tire-ground contact deformation under different tire pressures and static loads.But they have failed to address the contact characteristics between tires and road surfaces during slip-assisted steering and deviation slip conditions in in-wheel motor vehicles.In addition,some potential issues may arise in the tire-road contact,such as motor torque allocation schemes,which may also affect the contact characteristics between the tire and the road surface.To understand the contact characteristics between the tire and the road surface during slip-assisted steering and deviation slip conditions in in-wheel motor veh
