摘  要:针对产品模块之间的关联,通过构建关联模块间变更传播路径图,分析模块变更影响。以依赖零件为变更发起零件,利用可达矩阵和有向图识别变更传播的可达零件,建立变更影响传播树,识别变更传播路径,计算依赖零件到可达零件的变更影响度。以任意一个模块为变更源,分析其通过接口对其它模块的影响,提出模块间变更影响度计算方法。最后以列车转向架为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。Based on the association relation between modules in the modular design,the change propagation paths between any two modules are built,and the change impacts between modules are respectively identified.According to the association between components within the module and their change propagation characteristics,the affected component is regarded as a feeding component of change propagation,reachable components for change propagation are identify through the reachable matrix and the directed graph.The propagation trees of change influence are established,and the change impact degree propagated from feeding component to reachable components.Then any module is deemed as the change source,the corresponding instigating component(s)that affect other modules are determined,and the comprehensive change impact degree of each instigating module on all other affected modules is computed.Finally,a case of the bogie is provided to illustrate the analysis process on the proposed method.
