摘  要:将SF6从气态转换为液态后再进行回收可很大程度上缩小回收装置的体积及重量,提高装置搬运的便捷性。为了实现SF6气体以液态的形式进行回收并储存,设计了一种SF6气体低温回收装置,改装置采用气体轴承斯特林制冷机作为冷源深冷液化SF6气体。通过装置绝热设计、制冷机冷量传输设计、装置固体传热有限元仿真、装置的保温特性有限元仿真和储气罐真空罐力学有限元仿真,完成SF6气体低温回收装置研制。SF6气体低温回收装置实现以液态形式回收并存储20 L的SF6气体;在装置不通入六氟化硫气体情况,储气罐能够在2 h内降温至-104℃;在储气罐温度到达-80℃时,制冷机停止工作能保持90 min内储气罐温度低于-62℃。The conversion of SF6 from the gas state to the liquid state before recovery can significantly reduce the volume and weight of the recovery device and improve the ease of handling.In order to realize the recovery and storage of SF6 gas in the liquid form,a low temperature recovery device for SF6 gas is designed.The device uses the gas bearing Stirling refrigerator as the cold source for deep cooling of SF6 gas.Through the thermal insulation design of the device,the cooling capacity transmission design of the refrigerator,the finite element simulation of the solid heat transfer of the device,the finite element simulation of the thermal insulation characteristics of the device and the finite element simulation of the vacuum tank mechanics of the gas storage tank,the development of SF6 gas low temperature recovery device is completed.The SF6 gas low-temperature recovery device can recover and store 20 L of SF6 gas in liquid form.When sulfur hexafluoride gas is blocked from the device,the gas storage tank can be cooled to-104℃within 2 hours.When the temperature of the gas storage tank reaches-80℃,the refrigerator can stop working to keep the temperature of the gas storage tank below-62℃for 90 minutes.
