固溶处理对铁基高弹性合金3J3带材组织和性能影响研究

摘  要:要3J3合金是一种传统的奥氏体沉淀强化铁基高弹性合金。本文以冷轧态2.0mm的3J3带材为研究对象,进行固溶处理实验。结果表明,随着处理温度的升高,合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐的增大,温度达到1200℃时,晶粒长大趋势最为明显,且析出物基本全部溶解;抗拉强度随着处理温度升高逐渐下降,延伸率逐渐升高,当温度超过1130℃以后,变化趋势变缓;结合连退设备的实际工况,2.0mm带材的退火处理温度宜设定为1200℃。3J3 alloy is a traditional austenitic precipitation strengthened iron-based high elastic alloy.In this paper,the cold rolled 2.Omm 3J3 strip is taken as the research object,and the solution treatment experiment is carried out.The results show that the grain size of the alloy gradually increases with the increase of the treatment temperature.When the temperature reaches 1200℃,the grain growth trend is most obvious,and the precipitates are basically dissolved.With the increase of treatment temperature,the tensile strength decreases gradually and the elongation increases gradually.After 1130 C,the change trend becomes slow.Combined with the actual working conditions of continuous annealing equipment,the annealing temperature of 2.0mm strip should be at 1200℃.
