摘　　要：利用212份河南省金属冶炼及压延加工企业的问卷数据,分别从信息获取对碳市场的影响、感知收益的中介作用、政府支持的调节作用,以及企业生态位的调节作用等方面提出研究假设,讨论信息获取、感知收益对企业碳市场参与意愿的作用机理及边界条件,结果表明:(1)信息获取对企业碳市场参与意愿具有积极影响;(2)感知收益在路径“信息获取→参与意愿”中具有部分中介作用;(3)政府支持和企业生态位均是路径“信息获取→感知收益→参与意愿”的边界条件。研究从感知收益视角讨论了由信息获取向企业碳市场参与意愿转化的中间机制,为碳市场建设提供了政策建议。Using questionnaire data from 212 metal smelting and rolling processing enterprises in Henan Province,this paper proposes research hypotheses of information acquisition's impact on the carbon market,the mediating role of perceived bene-fits,the moderating role of government support,and the moderating role of the enterprises'niche,and discusses the mecha-nisms and boundary conditions for the role of information acquisition and perceived benefits on enterprises'willingness to participate in the carbon market.The results show that:(1)Information acquisition has a positive impact on enterprises'will-ingness to participate in the carbon market.(2)Perceived benefits are partially mediated in the path"information acquisi-tion→willingness to participate".(3)Both government support and the enterprises'niche are boundary conditions for the path"information acquisition→perceived benefits→willingness to participate".This paper discusses the intermediate mechanism for the transformation from information acquisition to willingness to participate in the carbon market from the per-spective of perceived benefits,and provides policy recommendations for the construction of the carbon market.
