摘　　要：为了解决北京市水务空间数据组织缺乏业务逻辑、组织体系标准缺乏、空间数据共享困难、支撑业务平台建设能力不足等具体问题,结合北京市智慧水务底座建设总体要求,在水务一张图总体设计思路下,从共享服务平台的框架设计、关键技术以及应用实践等3个方面阐述水务空间数据资源共享服务平台的设计思路,不断优化平台的建设。At present,the spatial data organization of water affairs in our city lacks business logic,organizational system standards,difficulties in spatial data sharing,and insufficient capacity to support the construction of business platforms.In response to the above issues,this article will combine the overall requirements for the construction of smart water infrastructure in Beijing.Under the overall design concept of a water service map,elaborate on the design concept of a water service spatial data resource sharing service platform from three aspects that framework design,key technologies,and application practice,verify the practicality of the platform and continuously optimize platform construction.
