摘  要:2021年,北京市水务局完成智慧水务1.0的方案设计,规划数据基础底座,设计物联网感知平台,作为市级水务感知数据的统一管理平台,实现市级水务感知数据的统一接收、存储、管理。数据通是建设物联网感知平台的基础,数据传输标准的统一是保障数据通的条件,统一的传输标准规范还有利于系统的建设与管理,同时更便于数据的共享共用。依据当前市级水务信息化建设、应用情况,决定采用3套成熟的水利数据传输标准作为全市感知数据传输规范,通过对已建系统升级改造,对在建、未建项目提出标准传输的要求,完成全市智慧水务感知数据基础底座的搭建,实现全市市级水务部门感知数据的规范化传输。In 2021,Beijing Water Bureau will complete the scheme design of Smart Water 1.0,plan the data base,and design the IoT perception platform as a unified management platform for municipal water perception data to achieve unified reception,storage and management of municipal water perception data.Data communication is the foundation of the construction of the Internet of Things perception platform.The unification of data transmission standards is to ensure the condition of data communication.Unified transmission standards and specifications are also conducive to the construction and management of the system,while more convenient for data sharing and sharing.According to the current municipal water in-formation construction and application,it is decided to adopt three sets of mature water conservancy data transmission standards as the urban perception data transmission standards.By upgrading and renovating existing systems,as well as meeting the standard transmission requirements for ongoing projects,the con-struction of the urban smart water perception database will be completed,ultimately achieving standard-ized transmission of perception data for municipal water departments throughout the city.
